Mismatched room configurations!!! Key card access issues left us stranded!!! More transparency and better security contact needed!!!

Quinta Maya was a great spot! Had a pool view room that was pretty spacious with comfy beds and super clean. The breakfast in the courtyard was tasty and a steal! One minor hiccup, some barking dogs nearby, so definitely pack earplugs.

It was just a suitable option for a lightning trip in Flores with good price value. The staff were super friendly and helped us organize our shuttle to nearby sites, which made everything a lot easier. Bring your own toiletries since there's limited space in the bathroom for them.

The breakfast served in the beautiful courtyard was delightful.
I was on the third floor, and it was a struggle to haul my luggage up the stairs in the heat, making me wish for a room on the first floor. The WiFi was almost non-existent in my room, which made it difficult to stay connected, although I had better luck in the restaurant area. Additionally, I faced noise from the main street that disturbed my restful sleep at times.

The pool view room offered a beautiful sight, but noise from surrounding roads made it hard to sleep at times.

The pool view room offered a beautiful sight every morning and was spacious with comfy beds. Everything felt fresh and clean, especially the spotless bathroom. I appreciated having quality towels too. The courtyard hosted a delicious breakfast, and the hotel staff arranged an easy shuttle for us to Cobán, which picked us up right at the door. Though there were no fridge facilities in the room, they let us store snacks in the bar's fridge, which was a nice touch. A slight downside was the occasional noise from nearby work on the 3rd floor, but it wasn't bothersome enough to ruin our stay. Overall, Quinta Maya provided a safe and enjoyable spot while exploring Flores.

The views from the rooftop,, wow, just amazing. I spent my evenings there watching the sunset, the colors were very nice. The employees were super helpful,, they even helped me plan my day trips around the Mayan sites!
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but you know, it’s still acceptable for what you get.
